Our Services
We are well equipped with a team of highly experienced technical support managers and a crew of 120 employees inclusive of Supervisors, Reach stacker Operators, Fork lift / Crane Operators, Fabricators, Electricians and Technicians. The managers are available round the clock through phone or in person to guide and support the crew to bring down the breakdown time and arrangement of necessary spares required.
A team of more than 40 Service Engineers with extensive experience are engaged in regular service activities to the customer satisfaction.
The following are the overview of our services
- Erection and commissioning of Reach Stackers, Heavy Duty Fork Lifts & Etc.,
- Overhauling of Engines, Transmissions, Axles and Hydraulic circuits.
- Onsite repairs of structures and Hydraulic circuit modifications.
- Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves, Cylinder Repairs and Testing.
- Annual maintenance contracts with deployment of regular team for day to day maintenance.
- Operational contracts incl. of Managers, Supervisors, Operators and Technicians.
- Refurbishment of Equipments.
The Company is having a workshop of 10,000 Sq.ft at outskirt of Chennai, Equipped with a 15 Ton EOT for handling the major overhauling of equipment in the premises. And a separate workshop with 2Ton EOT for overhauling of Engines, Transmissions, Pumps and Other miscellaneous components with testing facilities and hose crimping machine.
